Personal information may include contact details, names, job titles, membership/student identifiers, cardholder photographs and other fields supplied for an approved card design. Data is used to prepare quotes, proofs, variable-data print jobs, replacements and delivery. Chromasign should retain only what is reasonably required for the agreed service, legal obligations and repeat-order support.
Customers are responsible for having authority to provide cardholder information. Chromasign does not intentionally print unauthorised government, banking, police, military or deceptive credentials.
